Terms & Conditions

By booking with Hire With Lani, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Bookings & Payments

  • Enquiries: Please contact us via DM on instagram @hirewithlani to enquire or book.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking once the date is confirmed.
  • Balance: The remaining balance must be paid in full prior to shipping or collection.
  • Payment Method: All payments are made via bank transfer.

Cleaning & Care

  • No DIY Cleaning: The hirer must not wash or dry clean the garment. Professional cleaning is included in the hire price.
  • No Alterations: Modifications or alterations of any kind are strictly prohibited.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • 10+ Days Notice: Full refunds are available for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the hire date.
  • Under 10 Days: Cancellations made within 10 days of the hire date are non-refundable.

Damage & Responsibility

  • Repairs: If a garment is returned requiring repair, the hirer agrees to cover all costs.
  • Major Damage: If damaged beyond repair, the hirer agrees to pay the full recommended retail price (RRP).
  • Faults: If you believe a garment is faulty, notify us before wearing. Faults reported after wear may not be accepted.
