Postage & Returns

• Stress-Free Return: A prepaid return satchel is provided with your hire.
• Return Deadline: Garments must be posted or dropped off by the following business day after use.
• Late Fees: Failure to return on time will incur a late fee. Alternate dates must be arranged in advance.
• Responsibility: Once the garment is collected/delivered, it becomes the hirer’s responsibility.

Try-On Sessions

• Appointments: Try-ons are available by appointment only and must be pre-booked.
• Reservations: A try-on does not reserve a garment. A garment is only secured once a confirmed hire booking/deposit is made.
• Fit Issues: If a garment does not fit, we will try to provide an alternative, subject to availability.
